ACTS SCHEME – On Saturday afternoon, October 2 or Sunday, November 3, at the Villamarta Theater, a concert of sacred music could be held by the music band of the Headquarters of the South Military Region (formerly Soria 9) whose musical pieces They would serve as a finishing touch to the Proclamation, beginning the act before the presenter with a musical piece, the concert being held for a maximum duration of forty minutes, once the designated speaker finishes his performance.
If the final acts were held on October 10, the Proclamation would be on the same day 2 and if it was agreed to do them in May, this act would take place on the 18th of that month.
An exhibition of Easter photographs and images of Gloria could be organized in the room of the Old Fish Market in charge of a chosen group of the many artists and fans that exist in the City and that was as an anthology of their works.Two exhibitions could be held coinciding with this commemoration, one in the Callejón de los Bolos with valuable objects owned by our Brotherhoods and individuals who wish to collaborate and who have an eminently Marian character.
Consideration should be given to preparing a poster announcing the sesquicentennial with enough time to send it to strategic points throughout Spain for further propaganda.
Likewise, a guide program could be drawn up stating the schedules and itineraries of the transfers to the Cathedral, those of the immaculist magna procession and those of return to their Temples of the images, adding historical data of the Brotherhoods, of the images, authors of embroidery, goldsmithing, etc. which could also serve as a guide to visit the “steps” in the Cathedral on the 12th, being distributed in said Temple in addition to those that have been previously delivered in shops, Brotherhoods, etc.

If the final acts are held on May 23, the act dedicated to children could be on Saturday the 22nd in the morning and the transfer of the Virgen de la Merced to the Cathedral on Wednesday the 19th.
